The OTNF App

We offer 1-1 nutrition and exercise coaching in the OTNF app for clients across the country! 


Everything in our 1-1 coaching package happens through the app and we have developed our team by gathering some of the best coaches from near and far. 


Our coaches all have unique backgrounds, experience, and certifications that allow us to match nearly any client's needs.

Endless exercise program options

We ensure every client can find something they love by providing written program options (low intensity, high intensity, or cross training options), On-Demand videos that are 20-30 minutes (press play and follow along!), and virtual LIVE group fitness classes inside the app. There are tons of options for at-home or the gym. You decide what suits your needs and we take it from there!

Customized nutrition program

Each client receives custom nutrition goals (calories, protein, carbohydrate, and fat threshholds) that are calculated specific to them by our certified nutrition coaches. There's no guesswork here - your goals are custom to you and we adjust as you go, if needed. We don't tell you what to eat and you certainly don't have to eat chicken and rice for every meal for weeks on end. We teach you how to take foods YOU enjoy and plug them into your program so you can achieve your goals without feeling deprived. 

Education curriculum designed to give you your power back

Our 1-1 clients gain access to our weekly Lunch and Learn education calls (offered live and recorded) during which we teach you nutrition basics, exercise strategy and purpose, and mindset topics to help you take back your power in your health and wellness journey. Our goal is to, by the end of the program, set you up so you can fire us and never spend money on a coach again...because you understand the process so well yourself!

Weekly meal plan resources - we eat good around here!

Each week, you will receive a sample menu, grocery list, and recipe cards to help you learn how to incorporate good food into your health and wellness journey! These are meals you and your family can enjoy together while you are on the path to results. In addition to the weekly meal planning resources, you gain access to hundreds of recipes with the macros provided in our recipe library! 

Weekly check-ins to keep you on track

Clients in the OTNF app receive weekly client check-ins from our certified coaching team. We do a weekly deep-dive into your food logs, exercise, habits, body metrics, and more. This provides the accountability you need and deserve in order to achieve your goals.
